David Webb and Joan Webb

Wednesday presentation was soo awesome. Learning the pressure in the atmosphere, and how objects have higher pressure in the atmosphere. With the help of gravity. One of the cool experiments that he did was the shaving cream. He put some shaving cream in a cup and put it in his pressure decreaser and he took all the atmosphere out and it the shaving cream started to increase and get white.it was awesome!!!fluids flow from high to low pressure!!!at 14.7 square feet!!lol

Star Testing

I really don't like star testing! At my old school we didn't have to test this test for more than two weeks because it was private and it wasn't a requirement.I cant wait when i am a senior and i dont have to take this test anymore. Its gonna be a releaze of stress off of me! feel bad for the freshmen who have to take the test the whole week, wait i mean the sophomores they have to take all days. I cant wait to relaxe.just relax!!..........

Changes in pressure!!!!

When the moles of gaseous reactants not equal the moles of gaseous products...

Increase in pressure shifts the reaction in the direction that produces the smaller number of moles of gas.
Decrease in pressure shifts the reaction in the direction that that produces the larger number of moles of gas

Chemical Equilibrium

Factors that Affect Reaction Rates....

-Temperature

-concentration

-particle size

-catalyst

Temperature- increases the number of particles that have enough kinetic energy to react when they collide.

concentration changes-cramming more particles into a fixed volume increases the collision frequency.
