I really like the scientific notation
it is really to figure out
it was very smart for scientist to invent this notation because:
its pretty accurate and easier and faster
VERY CONVENIENT!!

Studying

This weekend i am not going to have no fun and have to study,study, study. I really want to ace all my test and i do not want to fail any of them. I think the one that is going to be my hardest test are going to be chemistry and as well history. I hope our study sheets really help me and everything on our sheet is on the test! :o)

Our First Science movie

THe movie that we saw for a couple of classes was very interesting. I am a visisble learner and I like it when we have visible projects or I see what we have to do. I got to learn about different scientists and what they brought to the science world and what they had to go through to get that invention!

ME and JEssica bumping chairs

JEssica and me are trying really hard to finish post but she already finish and im tryin greally hard to finish my blogs before is too late and i have to show Mr.Olson. So instead of bumping my head on Jessicas shoulder we are BUMPING CHAIRS!!!!

THe visible spectrum Lab

The lab that we did today was very interesting. At first it was kind of confusing but then i got the hang of it. The graphs that we have to do and questions are kind of overwhelming and its alot of work.I think when we have stuff like this we should do them in groups of 3!!!1

Meeting Alberta at Old Navy

When i was shopping with my madre for my little cousins birthday and also for myself as well i saw alberta with her madre too. I was really nice to see a friend from school outside from school.Her madre and my madre got to meet each other and maybe is chance for us to have a sleepover!!!!

TOMORROW OUR TEST

Tomorrow is our test for chemistry. I think i will be prepared for my test if I study my notes and as well play the games . THe games that are posted in our locker are very helpful and just need to master the games and have a good night rest!!!! :o)

The beautiful sprectrum colors

The sprectrum colors are very very beautiful. Its amazing that we cannot see the colors in normal light but we can see them in the dark. I wonder if the sprectrum light is used for fireworks and to as well track down criminals????

My Weekend

My weekends have not been relaxing. I am in this christmas play and we have been practicing early in the morning on sunday. We are at church at like 9 in the morning. I am in the dancing team and we are like doing 5 fast songs and i am always sore on monday depending how many times we do a specific move

Protons, Neutrons, Electrons

I learned how to identity each element in the periodic table and how to fin the mass number of each when they fo not give it to you. I also learned that the atomic number, neutrons and the protons are all equal. All elements have a chemical symbol, number of protons, number of neutrons, number of electrons, mass number, and a atomic weight. Mass number is the number of protons plus neutrons together.

Periodic Table

What i leanrned was very interesting about the periodic table. Well first some of the patterns that my group found out when you are reading from up to down the atomic mass increases. When you are reading from left to right the electron count increases. Lastly when you read from up to down and down to up you will see the different color groups. Also my group and I learned about the non-metals and metals and ther different characteristics that the two groups have.

Measuring volume

To me i think that measuring volum was more interesting than measuring mass. Measuring mass we use a scale to measure it but with volum we use water and we predicted first wether or not we were right or wrong. I think with water its easier to predict how many ML theres gonna be in a testing tube or a water bottle. I was way fascinated with measuring mass.

Penny Lab

The penny lab was pretty cool. We put the penny in hot zync and it the coat of zync was just coming off,like it was taking a bath. The color of thepenny was silver. We rinsed it off afterwards. Then when we put the penny in the fire, it started to change into a pale gold,fake gold. It was like toasting in the fire. It was pretty cool.

My Goals

My goals in life is o pas all my classes. I want to be succesful my junior year and be proud of my wor. I also want to pass Chemistry cause im not that good with science and as long as I pass with a B or higher i will be proud of myself. Another goal that i have is to move to Sacramento or Elk Grove I want to go to college arounf that area like UC Davis, Sacramento State, or Wliiam Jessup University. Another desire that I have is to travel to historicla places, like Europe. I want to see like where the Holocaust took place, in Rome with their soldiers, and etc.
I goal is to dream big and making those dreams come true
